Original – simple malt-based sweetness.
Vegetable – with Japan-grown spinach and komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach).
Pumpkin & Sweet Potato – with Japan-grown pumpkin and sweet potato.
How to cook
Mix 2 parts pancake mix with 1 part water.
Pour onto a frying pan over low heat.
Flip once the surface is almost dry and bubbles have formed.
Serve plain or with fruit, jam or a little maple syrup.
